What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

We currently accept PayPal (balance transfer, major credit cards or e-check), or Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express through our merchant account.  We do not store your credit card information.  All credit card processing is done through a SSL secure server.

How much is shipping and handling? TOP

USA (All 50 states and US territories, APO/FPO)

$2.00 for USPS 1st Class Mail or

$5.50 for USPS Priority Mail

 

Canada, Great Britain, Ireland and Australia

$7.00 for USPS 1st Class International Mail

What shipping method do you use? TOP

All of my items are sent out USPS from Long Beach, CA, USA or neighboring Lakewood, CA.

How long does an order take to process? TOP

This depends on what items you purchased.  The bigger the item, the longer it takes to completely cure.  Plus, since my charms are hand coated by me it can take an extra day if the first batch resulted in a large air bubble or other flaw.  I take a lot of time to make sure I send out the very best product to you.  You can expect most products to ship out in 3-7 business days, usually sooner.  If you are on a tight deadline, contact me to see if I think it would even be feasible.  Another option is choose USPS Priority Mail (not available for international orders) to help ensure your item will arrive on time.

Where are you located? TOP

Whimsical Charms & Other Jewelry Designs is located in Long Beach, CA 90808.  We are an online only company and our business license does not allow customers to come to our location.

Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP

If your merchandise is being shipped to a California mailing address, then yes.  California needs all the money it can right now and that includes the sales tax rightfully owed to it.  The Franchise Tax Board collects the sales tax based on what your shipping address is.  I charge 9% sales tax.  If your package is shipped to a area with a different tax rate, then I adjust the invoice on my end to reflect that.  What I do is adjust the product price to be in compliance.  If your tax rate is lower than mine and you would like a refund on the difference, then please contact me and it will be done ASAP.

What is your return policy? TOP

If you purchase a non-personalized. non-customized piece of jewelry from me you have 7 days to return it for exchange, buyer must pay to have the item shipped back to me in Long Beach, CA. 

All custom made items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect on the item.  Once I receive the item and verify that there is a defect, then the shipping fee for the defective item to be returned to me by regular 1st class mail (I will not reimburse for priority or express mail) will be reimbursed.  You will be given the option for an exchange, store credit or full refund.

There is a 90-day guarantee on all products for manufacturing defects.  Taking a bath, shower, swimming or other prolonged exposure to water voids the guarantee.  Our charms are water resistant, not water proof.
